The essential for the conference at a glance

The 3rd European Aniridia Conference will be held with a patients day (26.08.) as well as 2 days (27./28.08.) of scientifical talks, where persons concerned and their families can happily join and listen to.  Goal of the scientifical conference is an increase in knowledge about aniridia and broadening of networks between researchers, doctors and scientists on a european scale to enhance the exchange between each other as well as developing future scientific research projects on aniridia as a joint effort.

We very much welcome persons concerned, their families and interested listeners to join not only the patients day but the conference itself. At the last session on sunday researchers will talk about the essential results of their work and the conference in a "patient-friendly" language. You will also be able to ask questions at that point (or of course during breaks in between the sessions).

All other sessions are reserved for scientifical discussions! We want to use the rare time at such an occasion for as much scientifical knowledge sharing and discussions as possible. So during those sessions it will only be possible to listen to the discussions, refer any question you have to the last session or to breaks in between.
